More than one keepsake?
Additional copies of the same approved design, size, and finish are available at a reduced rate. Each is printed, finished, and inspected individually. Ask about copies in your project request.
Every model includes routine cleanup and a quality inspection. Particularly delicate finishing and multipart assembly are reflected in your custom quote.
Footprints are approximate overall length × depth, including any base. One complimentary revision to your digital preview is included. Final size, filament colors, and your expected schedule are confirmed before payment. Local pickup is included; shipping, local delivery, and any applicable tax are quoted separately.

Payment, kept simple.
Once your project is agreed, we’ll send a secure Square invoice for a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due when your finished model is ready, before shipping or at local pickup. Cash is available by arrangement for local projects.

Do I need architectural drawings?
Start with the photos you have. We can discuss whether more views, measurements, or drawings are needed to create your model.
Can I order one as a gift?
Absolutely—that’s a lovely use for a custom house model. Mention the occasion and deadline in your inquiry so we can discuss what’s possible.
How long will my project take?
Your first digital preview arrives within 48 calendar hours of receiving your deposit and complete reference photos. It shows several angles of your house and the proposed filament colors.
After final approval, allow approximately two weeks for ordering filament, printing, finishing, and inspection. Shipping time is additional.

Every package includes one complimentary revision to your digital preview before printing. Send one collected list of changes, and we’ll provide an updated preview within 48 calendar hours of receiving your feedback. Printing begins only after you approve the design.
